Google AdWords is a pay-per-click service which allows webmasters and advertisers to advertise their website, product or service by purchasing an ad block which displays on the right-side when a term is searched for on Google. When you set up an AdWords account you start a campaign with a budget and then list keywords and phrases that when searched for display your ad block. The way its supposed to work is you pay Google for targeted traffic that is supposed to pay you for your product or service in an amount that is higher than advertising costs. The problem with that is that most advertisers lose hundreds, even thousands of dollars from advertising costs without ever making a dollar off of their advertisements.

There are dozens of techniques and e-books out there that will discuss a variety of techniques and secrets with you that probably will lead to you wasting more money on their crappy product and then even more on AdWords. What you are about to discover are the tips necessary to be successful with AdWords so that you may profit and your customers will benefit from what you provide them with.

First off, it is extremely difficult to be successful using AdWords with an extremely low budget. The reason for that is very simple. Low budget = low quantity of impressions & low amount of clicks. It is not impossible, as when I got started I was very successful with AdWords using a $1-3 a day budget per campaign, but keep in mind that the higher the budget the higher the impressions and clicks.

Secondly, when you are advertising and there is a lot of competition look at what the other advertisers are doing and strive to make your ad stand out so that viewers see your ad before the others. Always capitalize the first letter of each word to create emphasis, regardless of it possibly being grammatically incorrect (unless of course your niche deals with grammar). For example, if youre in a weight loss niche (not suggested) and all of the ads are similar to How To Lose Weight In 30 Days Guaranteed, then you may want to change it up and utilize the personal jab technique You Are Overweight, Im Not. This technique can sometimes give the viewer an Ill show you attitude in which they click the link see your site with weight loss products and then they give you money to prove to you that they can lose weight.
