Productivity - The Dirty Ugly Secret

• Senior executives indicated a higher frequency of playing these games

• Over 2 out of 3 senior executives retreat to playing games when they feel they need a break in their routines

• Almost 2 out of 3 senior executives compared to 1 out of 2 non-senior executives play at least once a day
\r

Bottom line is that your human capital is not being as productivity as it needs to be for your business or organization to retain its competitive edge. Run now and stop all those dollars from leaking out by removing the Do as I Say and Not as I Do policy within your business.
