Two Minute Profits Review - Two Minutes to Success or Failure?
Two Minute Profits makes the claim on it's sales page that it will be the last Ad Words guide you will ever need. In my time as an internet marketer I could not even begin to tell you how many so called "programs" I have seen make that very same claim. Some of them I have tried, and other's I have meticulously researched. In the end though, more often than not, I found that most of the programs were not worth the PDF data space they took up. So Two Minute profits also made me rather suspicious. I decided to give it a try though because at less than $10 I figured it was worth a shot. After reading the guide I noticed many positive aspects and some negative ones as well. I shall highlight them below.
The Positive
- The first aspect of Two Minute Profits I wish to highlight is it's dirt cheap price. Most "programs" these days run anywhere from $50- $120. It was refreshing to see guide at a reasonable price.
- The next aspect of the program I liked was it's section on writing clever ad copy. Many newbie internet marketer's erroneously believe that all they have to do is go on Google, use the Google keyword tool, slap some words on a form and an hour or two later they will have another $200 dollars waiting for them in their account. From experience I know that nothing could be further from the truth. The Guide discusses ways to write a catchy ad title, ways to build a solid keyword list, and why selecting the option of having your ads show in a limited market may increase your odds.
- The main selling point of the program is a so called "secret technique". I for one tend to dislike secrets (a habit which goes back to my foiling my own surprise birthday party at age 13), and I shall tell you in summation what the "secret" is. Two Minute Profit's secret is it's clever and innovative techniques of writing ad copy. I've read many e-books on the subject, and for less than $10 the techniques covered are pretty reasonable.
The Bad
- PPC advertising is a multi billion dollar industry, and as a result of it's size, it is complicated. There isn't a single guide which can explain the ins and outs of such a vast and complex industry. Two Minute Profits builds themselves up to be such a guide. Granted, it is merely a selling technique, but also a false truth.
- No real discussion on other PPC advertising programs. Google AdWords is by far the most popular programs but there are many other programs such as Overture and MSN which can be equally effective. The guides brevity leaves this aspect out.
For less than $10 dollars Two Minute Profits covers important aspects of Internet Marketing and provides valuable ad writing techniques. Just remember that internet marketing like any hobby or even job, takes work to master and if you expect to make "hundreds" over night I would advise not to purchase this manual for you will be disappointed. But if you are a newbie looking for a solid footing in PPC marketing then this guide may be for you.
